1. The EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a customer residing in the European Union (EU), you have the statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party named by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason. [1, 2]

2. Returning the Goods
Once you notify us of your cancellation, you must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your cancellation. [1, 2]
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the items are faulty or we previously agreed to cover return shipping. [1, 2]
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition that does not diminish their value beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. [1, 2]
3. Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (if you paid for a non-standard delivery method like express shipping, we only refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option). [1]
We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods back, or proof that you have shipped them. [1]
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise. [1]
4. Statutory 2-Year Guarantee for Faulty Goods
In addition to the 14-day cooling-off period, EU law provides a 2-year legal guarantee for faulty products or goods that do not match their description. During this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full/partial refund. [1]
5. Exclusions and Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Perishable goods or goods that deteriorate rapidly.
Sealed audio, video recordings, or software that have been unsealed after delivery.
